For notarizations within Boulder County during weekday business hours. Includes travel to your location and one document notarized; each additional document is $15.
To expedite your appointment, please complete your document(s) before we meet unless the document says, 'do not fill it out prior to being present in front of a notary.' DO NOT sign or date the document.
If you require letter or legal-size documents under 20 pages printed, please email the documents to me. The cost is 15 cents per page. Additionally, please have a valid government identification available. No paper or digital IDs accepted.

Hello, I am Margaret Coughlan a Colorado Notary and Certified Signing Agent with the National Notary Association (NNA). I have taken the NSA Certification course and passed the NNA's industry-recognized certification exam, and I am commissioned through the State of Colorado as a Notary Public and insured through the National Notary Association. Specialties include loan signing, wills, trusts, estate planning, power of attorney, certification of depositions, and general notarizations.

LATE FEES
For every 10 minutes that the client is late after a scheduled time, and/or the documents are not prepared, or the notarization is otherwise unable to proceed, a fee of $20 will be added to the service rate.
